To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaApp and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit that content. Outputs generated by MegaApp are provided to you to use subject to these Terms and the terms of any underlying model providers.
We may suspend or terminate access to MegaApp at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
