MegaApp ("MegaApp", "we", "us") is an exploratory autonomous agent. This Privacy Policy explains what information MegaApp handles when you use it, and what we do with that information.
When you give MegaApp a task or prompt, the text of that prompt — along with any files, URLs, or other content you attach — is sent to the underlying AI model provider so the agent can respond. We do not ask for personal information in order to use the service.
When you use MegaApp we may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser or client type, timestamps, and error diagnostics. This is used to operate the service, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
As an exploratory autonomous agent, MegaApp may take actions on your behalf — for example, reading web pages, calling APIs, or running tools you have authorized. Content retrieved during those actions is processed to complete your task and may be logged for debugging. MegaApp will not take actions outside the scope you authorize.
MegaApp relies on third-party providers for AI model inference, hosting (Firebase Hosting by Google), and analytics. Your prompts and session data may be processed by those providers under their own privacy terms.
We retain logs and session data only as long as needed to operate the service, investigate issues, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of data associated with your use of MegaApp by contacting us.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above, or when required by law.
We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and you use MegaApp at your own risk.
MegaApp is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
